Return Policy
At Jennifer & madison New York, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return a product. This policy clearly explains our return conditions and procedures.
Return Conditions
- Items may only be returned after they have been physically received by the customer.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
- Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing them beyond fitting purposes is not allowed.
- Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process
- Register your return request by emailing info@jenniferandmadison.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located in China.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or shipping fees.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking information.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days through the original payment method.
Liability
- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
- Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
